Bidding Survey
In this assignment you rank the six projects you most want to work on this year, by the end of fall week 0. The instruction team places every student from these rankings and announces teams in fall week 1. How you get your project and team covers team sizes, ranking with friends, and what a ranking can and can’t guarantee.
Ranking Your Projects
Section titled “Ranking Your Projects”Watch for an email from Qualtrics with your survey link. Before you rank, browse the available projects; the list can change until the first lecture. If you sign in to the project portal with your ONID and set your interests in your profile, the list is ordered by them.
If You Proposed Your Own Project
Section titled “If You Proposed Your Own Project”If your proposal was accepted, you still submit the survey. Rank your own project first and note in the survey that it is pre-approved, then rank five others as usual. If you can’t rank five others, ask an instructor for an override before the deadline.
What You Submit
Section titled “What You Submit”Nothing to upload: you submit the Qualtrics survey from the link sent by email, by the end of fall week 0.
